Located on Washington D.C.’s Waterfront HOGATE’S aromatic and savory delights from our fine cuisine, impeccable service, commitment and dedication are a combination that will exceed your expectations. The menus boast fun café foods such as our mini pizzas and sliders and an American seafood menu with succulent pasta dishes, prime choice meats, mouth-watering platters, a variety of desserts and Hogates famous Rumbuns!

The rich mahogany walls, Italian limestone floors and granite-topped bars are the perfect accompaniments to this spacious venue that is perfect for Weddings, Corporate Meetings and Events, Team building, Group Tours, Receptions, Birthday Parties and more.

HOGATE’S banquet rooms are equipped with their own private bar, sound systems, restrooms and a water view from every vantage point. Kristina’s and our outdoor Caribbean Bar caters to those who enjoy a great Happy Hour with a view of the Waterfront.

From Bethesda MD, Rockville MD, or Tyson's Corner VA
Take GW Parkway (Exit 14 off 495). Follow 395 North across the 14th Street bridge. Take Maine Avenue exit. Keep straight throughout the light.

From Silver Spring MD
Take 16th Street to K Street towards downtown. Take K Street to 9th Street towards waterfront. Follow signs to 395 South but follow Maine Avenue to traffic light.

From Baltimore MD
Follow Baltimore-Washington Parkway towards Washington 295 South towards Richmond. Exit Howard Road to South Capitol Street bridge. First is M Street, turn left at light. Follow down to 7th Street, turn left at light then right. HOGATE’S is down on the left.

From Georgetown (DC)
After 6:30 PM Mondays thru Fridays, Take Rock creek Parkway and follow Independence Avenue to Maine Avenue. Turn right on 9th Street, or take M Street to Downtown. Go to 9th Street, turn right and follow Maine Avenue.

From National Airport
Follow signs to 395 North via George Washington Parkway North. Follow signs into 14th Street and 395 North. Stay to the right and take Maine Avenue exit.

From Virginia
Route 66 East onto Constitution Avenue. Take Constitution Avenue to 9th Street. Turn right onto 9th, go through the tunnel and stay in the middle lane. Follow to Maine Avenue and exit to traffic light.
